Muchen LI (李 牧宸/り むちん) received B.S degree from East China Normal University, China, in 2006. She received M.S. degrees in 2011 and completed the doctor course in 2014 in Waseda University, Japan. From 2018 to 2020, she was a researcher in Hosei University. Her interests are algorithms and VLSI architectures for video codecs including H.265/HEVC and H.264/AVC.
